GIFTS OF LAND AND HOMES

If you have a parcel of land or a vacant home you’d like to donate, we think you are just tops! In order to reach our community development goals, we encourage the donation of any type of real estate including:

• Vacant lots or land
• Homes in need of repair
• Commercial properties
• Retail properties
• Warehousing properties

We build homes in geographically concentrated areas; if your property does not fall within one of our areas or cannot be renovated by us to create an affordable home, we may still be able to accept the donation by working with a non-profit partner who works to sell the property and return a portion of the proceeds to our programs. Your donation is tax-deductible and could have a huge impact on the advancement of our work in the Flathead.
